A must for the modeler of modern trains. To save layout space, this kit is just a storefront for use against the backdrop.
This kit includes all building parts and signs milled in white and black styrene plastic, clear window glazing, and decals. All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The model needs painting.
Some model building and painting skills are required.

This building is made as an extension to the other mall backdrop buildings to make a complete mall complex, but you can also use it as a stand-alone building.
