This kit includes all building parts and signs, but the parking lot base is not included.
The kit is milled in white and black styrene plastic with clear acrylic window glazing, Plastruct metal siding with cutting templates for the awnings and signs, self-adhesive decals and detailed assembly instructions with pictures. All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The model needs painting.
Some model building and painting skills are required.
