Pre-cut structure kit including all building parts laser cut in white acrylic, clear acrylic window glazing, self-adhesive micro-plywood, Plastruct corrugated roofing and street sign. All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The model needs painting.
